Website Client Acceptance Form

Important Information Regarding Acceptance:

1. Failure to submit Branding Innovation Website Installation Client Acceptance form by the Client Acceptance Due Date, as indicated by email from Branding Innovation, will result in a default acceptance of the design.
2. Once the Branding Innovation Website Installation Client Acceptance Form has been accepted by the client and received by Branding Innovation, the design process will be considered complete.
3. Any graphic design issues discovered requiring additional revision by Branding Innovation after acceptance form has been signed or the default date has passed will be reviewed and revised by Branding Innovation according to Branding Innovation availability and completed on a billable hourly basis.
